Hours

• Mondays 4 to 7 p.m.
• Tuesdays 10 a.m.to 5 p.m.
• Thursdays 4:30 to 6:30 p.m

Other times not available due to faculty and staff positions at AOMA.

Fees

• First-time consultation and treatment as well as follow-up treatments are $60 each.
• An herbal prescription may be included but the purchase of herbal remedies is extra.
• Superbill for filing insurance is available on request. (This clinic does not file insurance claims on behalf of patients.)
• Payment may be made in cash, by check, or by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) and is due at the time of the visit.
• Cancellations require a 24-hour notice.
